  Ensure your item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached and original packaging included within 30 days of delivery.

  Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely package your jewelry in its original box and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our fulfillment center.
